Organic
Vintre Møller Destilleri is a certified organic company, under both EU organic rules and the Danish state-controlled Ø mark.Source: Organic certification (EU organic and the Ø mark)
Every year we submit the Fællesskema, the annual report, to the Danish Agency for Agriculture.
Geranium Gin and Green Meadow Organic Vodka are certified organic.
Returning to the soil
After the harvest, the barley residue is returned to the soil instead of sowing intermediate crops.
