Vintre Møller is certified organic and the production system is a holistic approach to agriculture, which promotes and enhances agroecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. The emphasis is on utilizing our own natural resources for production and encouraging local collaboration, without sacrificing the quality of the final product.
The fact that people have been living here since the ice ages, and that eagles, falcons, owls, trout and other rare species are living on and around our land, encourages us to be even more protective about this magic place.
